The L-Model High-Speed Hot Dross Processing Machine has been developed for die-cast factories and allows the processing of dross within a stand-alone compact machine. Minimal required operating space while still delivering optimal reclamation efficiency has earned itself a high reputation. Using the thermite reaction of aluminum oxide (hot dross) generated in the aluminium melting furnace, the system separates the aluminium oxide and molten aluminium metal by specific gravity with vane agitation. The molten aluminium metal is poured into an ingot case, and the residual dross is classified and removed into a container. This system consists of a transferable pot that is to be filled with hot dross, a mechanical compartment with a rotating vane mechanism, a hydraulic cylinder and power unit that lifts and lowers the mechanical compartment, operation control panels for the machine and a burner made for preheating the pot.
